Mmmmmm.... FOOD!
 
Not surprisingly, this is a continuous work-in-progress.  I created this area of my website for a few different reasons.  First, it is a place for my clients to find good, healthy recipes during a time when nutrition is the ONE, MOST IMPORTANT, thing a mother can control about her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.  To learn more about how important nutrition is during pregnancy, see my nutrition section.  But I have to add a clarification, which relates to the second reason I created this area of my website:  I love to cook, and I love to see guests leave our home feeling full and happy.  As a result, I am always trying new things, toss what I don't like, and  throw my favorites into various bulging binders.  Friends and family often ask me for these recipes, so I thought I would create a place for them to access them whenever they need them.  The clarification is this:  not all of these recipes fit within the outstandingly healthy diet.  For example, I try not to use processed items, but if there is a recipe that has an ingredient like that, it's because the recipe is THAT GOOD.  I thought it was worth the occasional stray from a mission to eat more whole and healthy foods.  :)
