With my current level of experience, I am capable of caring for women and babies during pregnancy, labor and postpartum as a primary midwife under the supervision of a CPM.

One of the most significant benefits of receiving care from me is (true to the name of my practice) I will help empower you in every area of pregnancy, labor and parenthood.    I believe in serving women with "evidence-based care" which means my protocols will include only what has been shown, through GOOD research, to be beneficial to a mother and baby in pregnancy, childbirth or post-partum.  (To understand more about evidence-based care, see the menu on the right side of this page.)  Beyond my standards of care, I will help you explore all sides of every choice you can make during your birth year.    Further, you will have the benefits of receiving the care of TWO well-educated women during this important time in your life.
